- COMFORT ZONE FOR PRESSURE RELIEF: This cutout is an open area on the underside in the base of the saddle shell towards the nose that provides pressure relief for soft tissue by allowing the saddle padding to slightly push through the plane of the saddle base for extra comfort so you can ride longer and more comfortably.
