Heavy weight aluminum with a permanent coating that will not chip, flake or wear off. Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK) finish, LloydPans PFAS free, water-based release coating is metal utensil safe, easy to clean and Made in the USA. All LloydPans that feature our Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK), Silver-Kote, and Dura-Kote are oven safe to 700° when empty. However, the introduction of food brings with it a natural moisture barrier that keeps the surface of the pans cooler and making it possible for them to withstand significantly higher temperatures without any resulting damage. Even wood burning ovens that sustain temperatures of 900° + are not a threat to the integrity of our pans as long as the food that’s being prepared on them is closely monitored so that it isn’t burned.
