- Material Construction: The garden hose splitter body is crafted from premium ABS material, wrapped in an outer layer of non-slip, UV-resistant TPR soft material. It features three 1.7-inch extended metal independent ball valve switches. The hexagonal brass inlet nuts are equipped with waterproof seals (no need for waterproof tape). Both male and female metal threads are 3/4-inch GHT American standard threads, compatible with all 3/4-inch North American water pipes, faucets, and connectors
- Pressure and Flow Testing: With an enlarged orifice of 0.4 inches, The water spigot splitter tested at 1.1 MPa water pressure delivered 0.77 pounds of water per second at a single outlet. Repeated testing under 2.4 MPa high-pressure water flow and 30 kN tensile force demonstrated the diverter remained intact and free of deformation, meeting requirements for housing strength and sealing performance. The new design of the high-flow garden hose splitter represents a significant improvement, particularly suited for gardeners who regularly adjust water flow rates across different garden areas
- Extreme Temperature Testing: We subjected it to freezing temperatures of -4°F in a refrigerator and scorching summer heat of 140°F on pavement. The product showed no cracking or deformation. Upon reinstallation, it maintained its seal integrity with no leakage. When ambient temperatures drop below 32°F (0°C), please shut off the water supply valve or remove the hose manifold to prevent deformation caused by ice expansion under full water pressure. If leakage occurs upon reinstallation, replace the spare O-ring
